The Simpsons: Tapped Out , How to login with just username? [ Edited ]

I forgot my password, got a new password but then was prompted to change my username. Now my Simpsons deosnt work... however my friends can still see and visit my town under my old username and my old username still seems to be accessible but i dont know how to login to it, how can i get back onto that account and get my town back?

Here is her suggestion.

For all questions about your account details, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

You need to log in with an Origin account and then chose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options.
