Tapped out not working. Help please!!!!!

I can't get past the page where the donut is spinning around. Eventually the donut stops and it like freezes. I restarted my phone many items uninstalled and reinstalled tapped out and still no solution. I can get on my other tapped out accounts but not my main one lvl 42... Is it down? Help please!!
