Tapped out moving extremely slow

My game is moving very slow l have no missing characters. I have put things in inventory, deleted roads and rivers. I have contacted support and followed their troubleshooting steps, and still no improvement. Can anyone please help me.

Hi, the current event is causing lag for many players. Here are a few points that other people suggested, which has helped their games on the EA forum:

Disable the Injury 500 circuit. (Act 1)

Disable the Log ride. (Act 2)

Do not send characters to any recycling jobs (monorail tasks).

It works!!! It's not the perfect solution but at least it's moving a lot faster now. Thank you very much.
