Tapped out Daily quest bug

Sent 200+ characters to do Krusty daily 4 hour quest. They finished, and clicking on them produced cash and XP, but they won’t leave the building, and now I cannot select any characters.  If I close the app, and restart, the thumbs up icons are back, and the process repeats. Uninstalled and reinstalled with same issue.

Update - I selected Krusty burger, then sent it to inventory. That kicked out all 260 or so characters, now I can play again.
