Tapped out Crashing

My Tapped out crashes after about 30 seconds of play.  This happens every time I try and play.  I did download the update yesterday as well.  Can this be related?  Please advise.

Try storing Moe's. It should remove spraypaint which is causing the crashing. 

I'd suggest to not get close to the area of Moe's and find either Marge or more and store one of them.
