Tap neighbors park visitors [ Edited ]

Went to a neighbor that has the current update where Krustyland is nuked but can not find park visitors to click to get knives.  Has anyone been able to acquire knives by visiting their neighbor?

I have been able to tap them in neighbours towns. Pictures attached of visitors to tap.

Thank you Muhsterino for pics.  If you need a daily player, please add me as a friend. Just realized that you have to complete the quest line until it says to collect from park visitors in your town and your friends.  Now when I visit my friends parks I am able to acquire knives by clicking park visitors. The collection is Very similar to the cops in the heist quest a few months back.
