Suggestion for Answers HQ : Customer Service should monitor and appear with answers on Answers HQ - so at least if we have to wait 30 mins for chat or 48 hours for an email, or Help is not working properly , we know you know and are trying to fix things, most of us spend money on the game so it would be nice
