Stone cutter ISSUE with skinner and willie

I've had this problem since June 12th. I still have the problem and I have also contacted EA without much luck.

I'm having the same problem! I unlocked both Skinner and Willie Stonecutter skins but they don't show up. I can't complete tasks because of it. I want those skins so bad! It took a while to earn them
