Willie & Skinner Issue

When i unlocked Stonecutters 600 & 85; Principal Skinner & Willie. They didn't show up! It shows that i have received them in the prize section but when i click on each characters the Stonecutters outfits are not there, they also don't show up in the collection part.
I can't complete Game of Stones Part 7 because of this.
Is there any way to fix this & make the characters appear?

Make sure you all put in tickets with EA! They are going to tell you to post here as well, which you have! But at least you and they will have a record of you contacting them!

Go to http://help.ea.com/
Log in with your Origin ID
Click on help with a game
Click on the Simpson's Tapped Out logo
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on contact us
Select your appropriate platform
Click next on bottom right
Select a topic
Tell us a little more: Simpson's Tapped Out
Click next

You will then have the option for Answer HQ, Live Chat or Email

If you see live chat and want to wait, click it.

If you want to send an email, click that one.

Sorry,I did not see your other reply. I did go back and read it now though @richienet  . Wow! Development team here?? Hmmm. Guess they are behind scene. In the background lurking! Well then, hopefully they will see this mileymad: and fix the problem.

Also having this issue. Made it to the next level and still no costumes for Skinner and Willie. If I can't play the game right, what's the point of playing at all?

This is so damn typical for EA. Busted code and no one cares. I'm uninstalling with extreme prejudice and am so completely done with EA as a company, paid games or free.
