Stone cutter ISSUE with skinner and willie

Hey!

Anyone else gained the 10,000 emblems to get No.85 and 600 (willie and skinner) but unable to use them as stonecutters??
I now cant complete the 'game of stones' pt7 quest! I have tried storing and un stoing their buildings but this didnt work!

I have this issue too. I started the quest with them ok, but when I went back to the game the dialogue for the quest came up again but I can't do the Skinner and Willie parts of the quest now. The skins for the characters are nowhere to be found.

I even tried deleting the game and readding it then logging back in!!

I'm hoping that when i get the 14000 eblems it will sort it out!!

Have you clicked on Willie and looked at his tasks? See any new ones that were not there before? If,you do click on it and see what happens.

I play on android and I have them. I also have them on my other account on my iOS

Me too - just can't do anything with them for now, no matter what I seem to do!

Many of the readers on my site are showing this starting to trend as a glitch too. 

They win the pair. Get the pop up. Put them into play in the game. Play a while. Leave the game. Then when they return, it still shows they won them, but they have disappeared into a vortex of nothingness. 

The skins are not in the inventory anywhere. Showing still as won in the Emblem Prize list. Even more odd, in the Character Groups Section... for the Stonecutters...they are now back to transparent instead of colored in fully (like they never won them). 

This is a very odd glitch indeed and no amount of troubleshooting is clearing it up. EA needs to be alerted on it.
