Springfield Dump not working cant get monorail!

I'm level 101 now but I'm way ahead as I purchased Frings special offer with the XP-collider, but it shouldn't matter what level you are or what chars are unlocked  normally as soon as the rail questline starts you should be able to complete it.

I'm now on part 8. Level 52. Lyle is walking around my town doing nothing too. Kinda fits though 😂 either do nothing or disappear.

Looks like I'm the only one who have problems with monorail after last update... I'm confused.

You should try some basics.

If you do not play anonymously, 

delete app

Make 4-5 gigs of space on device , not a card

clear cache

reboot Wifi

reboot device

Reinstall (DO NOT PLAY until the game has fully downloaded ALL updates, even though it says you can)

I really hope that works but omg it was so frustrating when 4 different EA staff members told me those steps each freaking time i asked for help. Even after i explained the troubleshooting steps i had already competed with the previous person.

Lisa starts

Place the Dilapidated Rail Yard- FREE
Gather Junk Around Springfield- x500
Trade in Blueprints Until you Unlock the Metal Depot- x20

A Rail of One City Pt. 7
Lisa starts

Recycle Junk at the Metal Depot- x50
Trade in Blueprints Until you Unlock the Plastic Depot- 1,520 

A Rail of One City Pt. 8
Homer starts

Recycle Junk at the Plastic Depot- x50
Trade in Blueprints Until You Unlock the Glass Depot- x5,000 

A Rail of One City Pt. 9
Homer starts

Recycle Junk at the Glass Factory- x50
Trade in Blueprints Until you Unlock the Monorail Station- x12,000

For Part 6 have you placed the Dilapidated Rail yard? Look in the store and in your inventory

For Part 8 Is Homer Free?

How many tasks do you have in your taskbook that require Homer and Lisa. Try to get some of the older ones done

Otherwise Contact EA again. They may have to fix another part of the questline.

I have the dump. And EA gifted me the monorail ststion. But I STILL never got the quest to start. I've reinstalled the game twice since then. Nothing.
