Just collected another 2000 goo but I havent been given my Spooktacular bonus. Had a few now but no option this time round, is there a limit to how many you can get or has there been an error in my game?

I am having this same error. I was in a friends town to collect my 2000th goo, heard the ding, went back to my town, and did not receive the option to collect donuts. This is very disappointing. mileymad:

Same thing happened to me tonight.
I was in a friends Springfield and surpassed the 16,000 goo mark. When I went into my Springfield, the counter reset without the bonus.
Please fix.
