What do I need to buy etc to improve my righteous on simpsons tapped out

I find it also helps to have my neighbors graffiti my Police Station, City Hall, Springfield Elementary and Moe's, then clean it up as quickly as possible so other neighbors can do it again. Meanwhile... Don't tap their graffiti buildings.
