Simpsons tapped out game lost at level 35

I have lost my Simpsons I was level 35 purchased donuts also. Following and enjoying the Halloween story line but then when I loaded the game it had crashed I was at level 1 contacted you and you gave me a code which is 10163542 I have been waiting 3 weeks now and I would like to know what to do as I have started from level 1 now on level 11 but can this be resolved before the end of Halloween

If a pop up appear asking if you want to create a NEW town or when it asks if it's your Springfield ,press NO then press NEW. It doesn't make u start again but it takes you to your old Springfield

Just in case - here's how to close the app:

1. Exit The Simpsons: Tapped Out
2. Double-click the home button on your device to bring up the multitasking bar at the bottom
3. Tap and hold the Tapped Out icon until you see the red "minus" button
4. Tap the red "minus" button to close the app.

I can't send you a picture as this happened 4 weeks ago I followed what a adviser tilde to do via email which was when the sceen showed is this your Springfield level 3 I was told to say no then say yes to new and it took me to level 1 and this is the problem they said they would pass it to a higher department but I have heard nothing
