Hi, I paid for some donuts in Tapped out but I never got them. Here are the details from the receipt:

Tray of 132 Holiday Donuts (The Simpsons™: Tapped Out) €8.99

I can forward the receipt to customer care should you need it. I would like the items I paid for or a refund.

This is a player to player forum. EA's technical staff who should be able to help you with this can be reached by clicking this link and filling out the appropriate information. 

It also may be an idea to remove the order number of your receipt from your original post in case it puts your App Store account at risk.
