Simpsons Tapped Out Not Login In

Have played this game few years now so have had account a while. Today when I try to play I am told it is being played on other devices,it isn't. I try logging out of the account and logging back in again but still it says the same thing even though I am logged in on the game. Am still receiving alerts about people visiting my Springfield.
Anyone got any ideas? Don't want to start again as have spent a lot over the few years as well

If your game says "Your other device didn't save your Springfield. Please sign in to that device before playing." then do the following:
Message: "Your other device didn't save your Springfield. Please sign in to that device before playing."
Click "Play Now."
Next message: "Some progress made on your other device may be lost."
Click "Continue."
Your game should load as normal.

If you're getting a different error message then post here what it is.
