Simpson question

There's a homer line that I love but can't remember which episode it's from. He's sitting at his dining room table with someone who's explaining something to him. Homer has to have the word "if" explained to him and then he says "so IF ..." and really stressed the IF. Absolutely dying to watch it but can't remember anything more than that unfortunately!
