Shirtless Ned Flanders Lost Jobs

Shirtless Ned Flanders no longer has a 4 hour or 1 hour job. When the last update went through, I noticed that I couldn't send Shirtless Ned to trim hedges. My spouse is seeing the same problem.

Apparently there's some issue with those tasks for Shredded Ned.  Even the animations have been removed from the game files. Hopefully they'll return at a later point.
