Saving Springfield to EA Account - Cannot connect to server

I have an lvl. 106 Springfield on my old Cellphone (Samsung Galaxy S III Mini) and I'd like to Save it to an EA-Account to have it on my new Phone as well.

The problem is, every time I want to Save it, it says, "there's already a lvl. 106 Springfield on your phone, ist this yours" I click yes, after this, I always get the "Bart Screen", saying "Cannont connect to server". I've tried this about 1.000 times but the result is always the same.

 

I once started a new Springfield and it worked perfect. I then signed out of EA and had my old lvl.106 again...but I still can't save this one. Not to my EA-Account and not to any other (I tried multiple accounts).

 

PLEASE HELP ME, I DON'T WANT TO START AGAIN!
