Save Data & Cloud Issues: lost data and game progress

Sir/madam
Just before the update got released for the Simpson tapped out my game progress got erased / reset I am not sure but now, whenever I start my game I have to play it right from the beginning. There is some connectivity problem as well which occurs everytime I start the game. Please try to help me out

Did the game log you out by chance? Uninstall the app and reinstall it and sign back in (as long as you have an origin account.) It will say your other device didn't save. Just click play now and the game should load as normal. If not, contact a game advisor at https://help.ea.com .
