Santa's Wonderland Box Missing When Only One Item Left In It

It would help the team looking into these reports if they could confirm these two pieces of information:
- What device you play TSTO on:
- When you first noticed this issue? e.g. Tuesday the 10th around 3-6pm:

Exactly the same issue and chatting with EA hasn't helped as they said wait for a patch.
I have been waiting for years to get that turkey to complete my sets!
I didn't ever get the option of the wonderland box at all. I expect the turkey was the only thing in there as I am a completionist. Same screen shots of game available in mine as shown above.
I was offered a roll back but honestly don't think that would help as I am not the only one.

A quick update for you. The TSTO team released a fix that should correct the issue where Santa's Wonderland box disappears if the only remaining item in it is "Turkey". Could you pop open the game and see if you can now retrieve that last box/Turkey NPC?
