Rollbacked levels after Winter update 01-16-13???

I did mandatory update from Xmas Springfield on 1-16-13.
Logged back in, THIS IS NOT MY SPRINGFIELD.
Rollbacked to level 19 was on Level 37~w/plenty cash, buildings, characters, & premiums!
Just spent $10 bucks on game before this happened!
Please address this ASAP!!!!!
