Roll back needed please

I need a roll back to the 23rd of June.  My character button does not work, Heights is broken... all characters I had unlocked are locked, item quantities down to basic levels,  Tap radius shrunk.. and probably more glitches I haven't found yet...  as far as I can recall, the 23rd was still normal game wise...

Whatever glitch I am having is similar to other "Roll back bugs"

Only support can roll you back -This Forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping/advising other Players. 

Know that they can not choose the date it will roll back to - the roll back could land you 4 month ago or a week or some other point in time

Know that a roll back is not a guarantee fix - it can come back, several times after several roll backs

Alternative is that they offer you a new town - it may not have all the things you had in your old town

Or do what you can with your broken town

Not fun but those are your choices in this.

Contact EA support http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ and ask for a gameadvisor. Same login as the game.
