Righteousness Rating

My righteousness rating randomly dropped from 5 stars to 0 stars. None of the normal rating decreasing activity seems to be happening so I'm not sure how to fix it especially since it is such a drastic change.

This can happen occasionally, seemingly for no reason. You can buy some training walls to place in your town (or Nero’s walls from the Burn’s Casino event in 2016) to stop this from occurring.

I recently had a content issue where I couldn’t access the sideshow bob quest line, I reported this and it was fixed but since then I have lost my 5 star rating. My righteousness rating has decreased from 5stars to just half a star.

i reported this as well but was told this a technical bug and that the team could not fix this, I was then directed here for help.

I have updated my iPad and logged in and out of the game, I have also checked and is the most up to date version available but my 5 start rating still hasn’t been restored....as mentioned above it was only after the fix with sideshow bob last night that I lost the 5 star rating so am thinking it must be to do with that.

can anybody help?
