R.O.S.A. quest

Ok, I finished finding the R.O.S.A. parts and sent Homer to Krustyland to find her feather duster. After the time is finished, Homer is leaving Krustyland, the squeaky voiced kid says "thanks for not punching me in the head..." and that's it...? I don't know who the heck ROSA is or what she had to do with Springfield. Am I missing anything or is it just that, the End of the beginning?
