1. I am on level 16 and it will not let me build the building for the quest. It says I have to be level 16 and do the next part of the quest to build the building but how can I do that if it wont let me do this part of the quest. Just a bit confused...

Hi kris2125,

It is possible that you are further ahead in levels than you are in the quest progression due to collecting a lot of XP.

If you check out Wiki Simpsons, it will give you a rough idea of which quests have to be done in which order.
