Quest reward not paid out shattered dream mystery box token

After completing several quests, I won the further reward you gain at the top was a shattered mystery box token.

Upon claiming it nothing happened.

I looked at the shattered dreams prize claim but it states I have no tokens.

Tried various things and have gone on to complete other tasks but the token still hasn't appeared.

- How? The shattered dream box is not available during events

You will see it when you finish Act 4 (start July 12th, 2022) of Dog Days

Unless you have noted down the number of Shattered dream box token you have and/or gained

there is no way to see your count during events

I won a shattered dreams token today and there’s no where to redeem it now.  Hahahaha

@cverespej60 The box only shows up between events and you have to fully finish the event to see it and use your tokens.

@cverespej60 - the Shattered Dreams box only shows up once you fully complete an event and there's 3 more Acts to go yet !! 😊

Sorry I meant the 'dog days mystery box' token.

I think I wrote the wrong one after having read help posts.

@sweetestsand - there's two different tokens in play, the blue and gold Shattered Dreams tokens you can get from very rare daily challenges and won't be able to use until you've completed the event or the Animal Kingdom tokens that are in store for Donuts and need to be used before the event ends if you've got a box to spend them in.
Can't find a screenshot right now for the Shattered Dreams ones, not had a task for ages it seems ( 😞 ) but so far there's no prize or task for the others, just the option to buy . . .

@1-Graham-S It was won as a 'Bonus Prize' and challenges were finished and event.

The 'Dog Day out' I have long completed, but I note the date it finishes for all is in July.
