Quest not clearing/ won't start next part

I have finished homer flying the sleigh but have not received my 100 present reward and the next part where Santa has to deliver presents has not triggered. I have tried everything suggested but nothing has worked.

Hard shut down of the app.

Clearing cache

Restarting device

Uninstall and reinstall if you are not playing anonymously

The task says 1/1 OK! but nothing

I have the same problem with this task. I had similar problems for some time, but usually the task was completed or the next was triggered after going to the friends screen and back home.

I have tried everything minus reinstalling, but the same problem exists on different devices. Unfortunately the Toy Workshop cannot be stored, which might have solved the problem.

I would be happy for advice how I can still complete the Santa Quest in time for Christmas!
