Quest have stopped

Quest have stopped

I have reached level 103 and my quest have stopped. I still do and get the events. But the characters quest have stopped. I was at level 89ish and then all of a sudden next time I logged in I was at level 101. Since then no quest. Any ideas ? Have deleted app, reinstalled, signed out, signed back in with no difference.

The last level quest is for level 60 with Wise Guy. Do you have all the characters up to and including Wise Guy? EA regularly gives us new content as events instead of further level quests.
