Problem with NPC characters received as a reward from the mystery box [ Edited ]

Hey all,

This issue has now been resolved as of the latest update. 

This issue has been confirmed by the TSTO team and they are working on a solution at this time.

The NPC's that we know are affected by this issue (not tappable / showing up as an Idle Character in the top left of the game screen despite having no jobs) are as follows:

I am also having an issue where it gives me an option to get McGriff the crime dog character with a 132 donut purchase but when I click it it doesn’t show up to buy.

@EA_Cade Thank you so much! By the way, there is another glitch where mcgriff the crime dog is not available in the store and there are no shattered tokens with any donut bundles. Get to that when you can but thank you so much for fixing this one with the NPCs! 😁

For some players, the character finder is displaying random objects like trash cans, fences, and debris

For some reason Snowball I is not activating, showing any tasks, yet it wants to prompts me. I was going to reboot it but I do remember what building it might be connected to. I am not even sure how long ago I got Snowball. So far my only thought is to pull Snowball from my springfield. Any thoughts on how to revive Snowball I.

Hi @BerwynEd , I moved your post under this thread. You are also a victim of the bug that hit NPCs. As you can read above, it has been reported and is under investigation.

Same exact thing happened to me when game updated mystery box got baby T. rex unable to click on dogs/ animals ever since. No shattered tokens available also search magnifying glass shows random dogs, dinosaurs, random objects etc 

please help to fix this!!

I can’t tap on some of the characters like for ex the talking parrot or the wolf. They do not have tasks but should be animated when tapped. This started with the new update a week ago. Any advice? Does anybody have the same problem?

i also can’t buy mcgriff
