Cant login to the Simpsons Tapped Out forum. Keep getting this message "You need the Garden.SignIn.Allow permission to do that."... Help???

Hi, this seems quite strange. I cleared my cache on my iPad, which logs me out of all sites. I went to the forum and was able to log in without any problems. By logging into this site, you should also be logged into the EA forum too, provided you use the same information for both sites (which I do). I usually log in on this site and when I visit the EA forum then I am automatically logged in there too. Perhaps try clearing your cache and retrying? The forum can be viewed without logging in, as a guest. Obviously if you wanted to actually post on the site then you would need to be logged in.

Thank you for the suggestion but it didn't help. I cant understand how it isnt working either. I've clear cache, history, the lot. Tried change password in hope that it would work. Just dont get what's going on like... thanks for your help though, much appreciated... I've tried it on all of my devices too and I'm getting the same result on them all...

Hi there,
I got onto someone in EA, one of their customer representatives on the live chat and it was being referred by a specialist. I just checked it there but it's still them but they said to contact them again in a week if it's still not sorted. Thanks for checking up on the issue, good to know that there is a good community here willing to make sure peoples problems get sorted👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
