The Springfield kids are stuck in a loop at Springfield heights. I have reinstalled and updated the app several times and it keeps happening every time I log back in. How do I finish the challenge to keep moving forward?

@ksbh2001572 To free the characters stuck in a loop in a mission just put the building in which they are trapped momentarily in the inventory. If this is not possible, because for example the building is not storable, then just unlock at least one of the characters involved, putting in the inventory a building or decoration connected to them, for example the bar for Moe and Marge, the tree with the little house for Bart .. etc.
