I purchased a scratch ticket that was meant to be $1.69 and have been charged $10.68. Why has this happened and how do I get money back?

Was it a golden scratch-r or a platinum scratch-r?

Platinum cost about US$10 incl tax

I dont know what currency your paying in, lots of countries uses dollars

Check with the store you used to buy the scratcher, googleplay, apple or amazon if there was an issue with the payment
