I dont understand the point of the osaka flu update...how do you spread the flu?? Ive tried tapping on other players tourists while mine was infected n i tried tapping on them while they werent infected. My sister plays also n she cant figure it out either. Please help!!!!

It is completely random. It will spread automatically as you visit your friends towns. All you need to do is visit friends and tap on the infected tourists in your own town.
