Unfortunately the answer that is here did not work for me. The count down until the next available mission timer resets before I can even get to the luggage case and starts me back at the first of the three again! I don't think I'm ever going to get the plane or train.

Hi Everybody, this is Dee, I help out with the Bugs & Issues Section of EAs TSTO FORUM. This issue has NOT been resolved and so far there is no work around. You need to post in the official forum so EA gets an idea of just how many this is affecting. Also I would keep contacting support, MISSING CONTENT until you hopefully get someone that will help you. Sorry you are having this issue.

Well this issue should be resolved. Have you tried just to wait for 20 minutes, since the timer resetting itself can be only a visual issue. Also re-syncing  the game should resolve this. So try to restart the game or visit neighbors. Keep us posted on this.
