No sound in the game after today's update - 3rd August, 2021 [ Edited ]

Same no sound issue here. I also hear the crackling as its loading then silence once it starts. LG Power X android 8.1.0

Answer: I am an idiot!  Always double check the silence button on the left side top button. Forgive me!

On iphone 8 tsto suddenly cannot hear sounds. 

sounds are good on other apps. 

killed off unused background apps. 

rebooted iphone. 

logged out and back into tsto

deleted and s l o w l y reloaded tsto. 

Thru build settings saw my sfx and music were set high. 

No love. No sound. 

Not the pad or android issues. This is iphone with ios. 

Plenty of memory available. 

Do I need to report up to EA or have I missed something?

@aeaem I have the new update as of 3/8/21 and I have sound so doesn’t sound like a game issue , have you tried uninstalling & reinstalling?

Thank you for replying. But, yes, I listed all the things I tried including deleting and reloading the app. 

Still no sound. iphone 8.

@aeaem 😏 maybe try EA support, I find that if you DM them on Twitter they actually seem helpful and the chat stays so you have a reference point if you need to re-contact them the information is still there , I hope they help 🙂
