No sound and characters done with job cannot be tapped

I done have any sound on the iPhone 6+. Music and FX volume are maxed. Also, characters complete jobs and they show completed, but cannot be tapped. Happened with Lance Murdoch out of a building and he did not even show up. Mole man was flipping burgers, but could not tap to complete.

The sound issue

- Is the no sound problem exclusive to The Simpsons game on your device?

- Have you checked the sound settings for the game in your iPhone's General settings menu (the silver cog wheel on your phone's home screen) as well as the game's menu (accessed by clicking on the hammer and saw icon while in game then the cog-wheel in the new menu)?

Characters unable to be tapped

Have you tried storing the characters in your inventory then placing them back in the game to see if resetting the characters sorts out the problem. It may also be worth doing this with the buildings associated with the tasks that glitch in your game - so the KrustyBurger for the Moleman "flipping burgers" task
