No bears in other Springfield all day?

Just wanted to let you know that the studio is aware that it is happening and the issue will be corrected soon.  You are still able to tap on bears in your friends Springfields unless they have not yet begun the Maggie event.

Hello.
I've been playing "Simpsons tapped out" for a while and enjoy it ,but there's a small problem about "Other springfield".| have got 3/3 Daily actions,but there's no possible way to use them,because there're no actions in that springfield,as if nothing is ready.
I've had that problem for 3-5 days.

The same thing is happening on a neighbor's Springfield and my Other Springfield. Exiting and returning seems to have no effect.

It is 14 Jan 2016 and I am having this problem too. I can visit my neighbours and do all actions, but with Other Springfield it SAYS I have 3 actions but there is nothing to tap on, no bears either.

THIS MEANS I AM MISSING OUT ON MAGGIES PACIFIERS!

Developers, this needs to be fixed immediately AND you ought to gift everyone a hundred pacifiers to make up for the lost opportunity.

They turned off the Bears in Other Springfield today.  Nobody knows why so far.

You only get pacifiers from the first 50 bears you tap in neighbor's towns (the last time I looked), so if you have 17 real neighbors that's all you need.

I noticed that too.

I play Anonymously so I cant delete/reinstall.

I need the FPs and can not do any actions, it is frustrating!

I have not yet checked my other towns to see if it is just the Anonymous game or all, from this post I suspect it is all.

I have not yet contacted support, will give it a little more time to see if it is fixed.

I suspect that the Tie-In update, Much Apu about Something, caused this.

@EA_Zoe do you know anything about this?

Basic Trouble shoot

Log out/Log in
Hardclose game
Restart device
Clear cache
Free up space

Load on another device
Try a different wifi/connection/internet/broadband

If connected to EA/Origin: do a delete/reinstall of the game
If you play Anonymously a delete/reinstall will get your game lost

This issue started for me after the tie-in update downloaded.

No buildings or bears to tap on in my Other Springfield.

Also, no buildings available to tap on in any of my neighbours - just bears.

Having nothing to tap on in Other Springfield is just un-bearable.

Same here, I noticed just a few hours ago after a few days I wasn't visiting.

Same here.  Also unable to tap on any buildings in any town.
