My characters does not move around (Tapped Out)

My characters are not moving around any longer.

When they are done with their tasks, they appear outside or at the place they started their task.

While they have tasks, they are also standing still....

Even the ghosts and gremlins are standing still

just figured out the characters need roads in order to move around.  They won't move around if there is just pavement.

Another thing, you don't need to place your roads absolutly everywhere one road block makes all of them move, just incase you didn't know.
