Hi, I am sorry to hear you are having problems with your game. Unfortunately, this site is for players helping other players and if your game is not progressing then we are not able to help. The only thing you can do is to contact EA again and hope that you get a more sympathetic person.

Having the same problem....contacted EA and they are aware but have no fix.... Even asked me to reply so they could start to keep track of how many are affected!

I contacted them on the final day regarding the very same issue. I have sent the characters and beats to defeat Montymort well past the amount of required times and it still remains stuck at 1/3! I was told a specialist would get back to me and I should at least receive an email, but this never happened! Also, I was told that I would likely receive donuts after the specialist contacts me to resolve this - I'm still waiting.... I recall a similar situation happening to me from another event, so I gave up on contacting EA when problems arose because of how they seem to let these things get lost in the mix (from experience). When this problem arose though, I really was anxious to have it fixed and hoped things would be better - it evidently isn't better. Did you get your problem attended to? A new update is available and I'm holding off because of this outstanding problem....

Nor have I heard back and we are well into the thanksgiving event. This is ridiculous! I'm supposed to get donuts as well. They can't even have the courtesy to update us as to what is going on. Ie: short staffed/ still trying to figure it out. I did the same thing is you by delaying updating until it forced me to. I'm not impressed.
