Missing the Emu Experience [ Edited ]

The zoo gate set up on the opposite side of the map from my emu experience, so I foolishly put it into my storage to more easily move it to the other side. But it is not in my storage and I cannot send characters on tasks. I've checked every bit of my storage over and over. It does not show up and I have no "volunteer at emu experience" button at my zoo entrance. Logging out, reinstalling, and using a different device do nothing.

My help ticket received no reply aside from it's a glitch that they're working on, please report it on the forums (I was given a dead link so I hope this is the right place).

You could try a reboot of your device.

Then check the Main Inventory that is there when you open the inventory box. Check the entire main inventory carefully as it will go A-Z and then start over A-Z.

If that doesn't work, you will have to contact EA again.

Try to get phone or chat Monday-Friday 9-5 Central Time in the US. You may have to contact them several times until you reach someone who actually can or will help you.
