"Getting Classy Pt. 4" and "Ghouls and Gluttons Pt. 4" never triggered in my game. I tried all the usual solutions (storing characters/buildings, re-powering my device, re-installing the game, synching the game by visiting neighbors' towns) and still nothing. I also tried triggering "Getting Classy Pt. 4" by simply upgrading a Classic Mansion to lvl 4 without having the quest - still nada.
EA support told me to "do the other side quests first", which I've been doing for weeks in the case of "Getting Classy Pt. 4", so that won't be any help.
Any suggestions?
