Missing my lvl 35 Simpsons Tapped out city.

I can't get back to my lvl 35 Simpsons Tapped Out city. It keeps telling me it is seeing a level 5 place is this yours? Where is my city or how do I get back. I have spent to much time and money on this game to have it start over.

Same thing here. My 35 Springfield is gone and there is a lvl6 on my account now. What happened?! How to get this problem solved?!

Same here. Keeps telling me I'm at level 33 and asks me to save this to my origin account. When I click on the view button it's not even my Springfield. Don't understand why this only affecting some people and others are able to continue playing. Only had 2 community prizes left to collect.

Same thing just started happening to me: Was fine a few house ago, now it tells me i have a leel 3 game on my device? Logging out/back in does not help. force quit/restart does not help.. frustrating.
