Missing missions and glitches

Anyone able to help me ? I was missing the military antiques mission and so i thought i would sell the skinner house and restart that mission to get on the next one. Now i have to restart the "hey milhouse eureka mission but nothing comes up please help ?

How much progress did you do on the Skinner quest before you sold the house?

Why did you sell the house instead of putting it in storage?

Is Magre free? She triggers Herman and she is currently one earning currency for the M'nstr time limited quest, so she's busy in most towns

Is the Skinner House locked in the store? I would have assumed that as you had already bought it previously that it would just be available to buy again straight away.
