Missing Stonecutter outfit number 36 krusty [ Edited ]

I never received stonecutter krusty outfit no.36. I have tried everything looked every where I have other stone cutter outfits in my inventory that I have unlocked afterwards but still no krusty. His quest never started I have left him free I have deleted the app and re installed I have updated my iPad nothing and now I need him for a quest and can't continue I have contacted ea awaiting reply any thoughts or insight???
Also in emblem prizes it says it unlocked but in character collection it says it's not.

Go to http://help.ea.com/
Log in with your Origin ID
Click on help with a game
Click on the Simpson's Tapped Out logo
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on contact us
Select your appropriate platform
Click next on bottom right
Select a topic
Tell us a little more: Simpson's Tapped Out
Click next

You will then have the option for Answer HQ, Live Chat or Email

If you see live chat and want to wait, click it.

If you want to send an email, click that one.

Been over 5 days now and still no reply from ea it's annoying me I can't complete the quests losing interest in the game because of it.

Yes, I understand that feeling. I missed over half of the Christmas event. It can take EA two weeks or longer to get back to you. And with all the tickets that they have in, I am sure they are backed logged.

I have had the same problem. I have contacted ea and have been waiting over two weeks for a reply. Sure is funny when I got a message from them all it said was thank you for notifying us we will get back to you within 48 hours. Um it's been 339 hours and I'm still waiting.

Hi was missing outfit 12 and 14 was just about to talk to EA but found outfit in inventory, go and check there, good luck

Thanks for letting us know where you found yours. mileyvery-happy: I did read the others have checked their storage box. Wonder if EA just put them in there?

Is this bug going to be fixed I need number 36. Very disappointing...
