Missing Elfs from Daily Winnings

Finished tunnel 14 just now and again no elf and no 100 xtra presents allthough clearly within the deadline.

EA stated they are working on it.

This just started happening to me.  As of right now, this is what I'm missing.

I am missing 3 elves at this time.

I have opened 14 tunnels and did not receive the elf for tunnel 14.

I have 3 five day streaks and am missing my last two elves.

I am playing on an Applie iPhone 5s

I finished 14 tunnels
Received two from daily prizes

I'm missing one elf.

I haven't completed tunnel 14 yet (will do so later today), but I have completed the 13 previous, and had two Daily Bonus Elves added (on 12/08 and 12/13). 

Starter 4 + 13 from Tunnels + 2 Daily Bonus = 19, but I only have 18.

If I get a chance, I'll contact EA.

I finally chatted with EA Support (Case #16297453).  At first they told me to wait 24 hours for maintenance to fix it, but I told it's already been at least that long since it was missing, and in the interim, I'm out that elf's gift production.  The rep put me on hold a moment, came back, had me sign out of my account, and when I went back in, there was an Elf in my Inventory.  I'm all caught up now. Thanks EA!

Hello, I'm also missing an elf, from tunnel 13 (I didn't receive a prize when 13 unlocked, either):

Currently 20 elves are working in the workshop but I should have 21:
4 elves to start with
I have 14 tunnels open
I've had 3 of the 5-day streaks
4+14+3=21
playing on iPhone 5

After completing tunnel 13 I didn't get the reward screen. I didn't get a prize or an elf. I'm not sure if I got the 100 present bonus or not - I didn't look at the number before/after I unlocked the tunnel.

I am missing an elf too, well they fixed it the first time it happened but it happened again and they can't fix it this time. Should have
4 to start
2 daily (thought only got 1 called but could not fix)
14 tunnels (11 didn't payout but called and got it fixed)
So I am 19 for 20 and at the time posting this have missed 32+ Presents from missing elfs and as more time passes that could affect whether I get all the prizes or not!!! Please do something fix it EA!!!! (IPhone 5s)

I am missing 1 elf. I did not get the elf from tunnel 11.

I have logged on every day of this event and have completed all tunels within the 24 hour windows. I finished Tunnel 14 today. I believe i should have 19 elves but I only have 18.

I'm short one maybe two elves... current count says 19 but 14 tunnels complete plus 4 starting plus at least 2 maybe 3 daily elves adds to 20 or 21
