Missing Elfs from Daily Winnings

I'm missing 4 elves so far.

12 tunnels complete.
2 of the 5 day streaks.
4 event starter elves.
This should total 18 elves, yet I have 14.

I seem to be  missing some elves as well.

I have 14 elves in my game.

I have achieved the follwing things in my game:

12 tunnels complete.
2 of the 5 day streaks.
4 event starter elves.
This should total 18 elves, but I only have 14.

I use an android phone.

How many Tunnels opened? 12 completed (working on 13th)

How many 5 day streaks? 2

Device playing on.  iPod Touch 4th Gen. IOS 6.1.3

I make it I should have 18 elves. 4 starting ones + 12 tunnel ones + 2 from 5-day streaks. I currently have 17.

My problem appeared on day 12 of the tunnels, I completed the tasks within time limit but didn't get the elf or the 100 presents bonus. Curiously, I did get the angel lawn decoration when I loaded back into the game.

I currently have 16 elves but I hit the 5 day bonus twice and cleared 12 tunnels. I should have a total of 18 so I am missing 2 elves

I think I have three missing elves. I only have 15 in the workshop but I have completed up to tunnel 12 (now on 13) and should have two daily play extras so should be: 4 + 12 + 2 =18. On day three of daily play at so should get another one on Tuesday?

I just have 16 elves: 12 from the tunnels and the 4 ones from the beginning of the storyline.

No elf has been added from the 5 day prize and being a daily plyer, at least 2 shoud have been awarded.

I must recognize I had not expected elf count wouldn't work and I didn't keep an eye on the total amount.

Come on EA! Counting is easy but on every update, every event, we are facing problems with crediting players their prizes!
