Missing Elfs from Daily Winnings

Hello, I'm also missing 3 elves

Currently 18 elves are working in the workshop but I should have 21:
4 elves to start with
I have 14 tunnels open
I've had 3 of the 5-day streaks
4+14+3=21

I have been stuck on 15 elves for days now.

I am missing 6 elves!

I have completed 14 tunnels.

I have had three 5 day streaks.

I am playing on an android phone (GS5).

There have  been many updates during this event, why is this not fixed yet?!?

So, i contacted the support today.

They're aware of the missing elves, and the studio is working on a solution.

I'm afraid the supporter got no further details for us, she wasn't sure how the solution will be, and if there will be a chance to restore the missing presents, but if the solution will be unsatisfying, i should contact them again.

I'm surprised how easy it was to get in touch with a supporter, and how friendly she was.

That was the opposite of my experiences with the EA Support to date. ( Four hours and longer waiting on the phone for several days and than no real solution of my problems.)

They seem to neglect the Computer user...

But thats, and the history with EA, is another Story..

Missing two elves. Hasn't given me elves from the fifth day bonus the past two times. Apple iPad.

Lost my first elf today.  The game crashed immediately after finishing the third task.

Lost my second elf today.  Finished the 3rd task and never received the completed notice. The Christmas farm unlocked, but I never got the elf.

I believe I am missing 3 elves. I currently have 19. Got the 4 to start, completed 15 tunnels within the 24 hrs, and have been a daily player for three weeks now so I should have 22. I also don't think I got the 100 present bonuses the past two tunnels , as the tunnel would not open several times for me, and when I was finally able to reboot and open, my totals had not changed.

I did not recieve an elf after completing today's tunnel, my game glitched and quests werent completed until i restarted the game. this included the tunnel, which i recieved no notifiication of completion, but it says i have completed it and i got the christmas cletus's farm, and the 100 presents, but no elf. i had 20 before (14 from tunnels, 2 from dailys, 4 from beginning) and i should have 21 after completing this tunnel, but i still have 20.
