Missing Elfs from Daily Winnings

I'm missing about two elves.

I got 13 tunnels cleared.

I got 3 five day streaks.

I should have about 20 elves and i got 18.

I'm playing on an android smartphone (lg g2 mini)

I also have 1 missing elf. 

I have 17 total. 

Should have:

4 to start

12 from tunnels

2 from daily bonus (havn't missed a day)

18 total

I am also missing at least two elves that did not emerge from the tunnels. So far that I know I do have my three daily elves and my initial four. I am currently at 17 elves with twelve tunnels open and the thirteenth almost finished. My system is iOS 7+ on an iPad two. I have not yet upgraded to the iOS 8.

Just wrapped up tunnel 13 and did not get my 100 present bonus and additional elf. I did receive the crazy cat Christmas decoration.
Please resolve!

Also didn't get the 100 gift bonus for completing tunnel 13 in 24hrs.
