I should have 18 elves. 4 starting ones + 12 tunnel ones + 2 from 5-day streaks. I currently have 17.

 so I should be at 19, but I'm at 16

Some people have said that it's the daily ones missing, but I got my daily elf before the original 4 elves, so I know my first daily  elf showed up; I saw him. I suspect the issue is connected to the tunnels not opening - you know when you click it and it makes the noise but doesn't open. I think when you win an elf before going to krustyland to fix the tunnels, the elf doesn't get added. Either way, 3 missing elves is a huge blow to my present count, and I really hope EA compensates us somehow.

I have 17 Elves when I should have 19. Two are missing.

Same problem: only 16 Elves in total, after opening 12 tunnels, and playing 12 days in a row. I should have 18 or 19, so 2 or 3 are missing (not quite sure how often I did hit the 5-day reward). I am playing on an iPad.

I too am missing at least one elf. After completing all of the tasks for tunnel 12 Santa's Daily Task button would not work at all and the usual display indicating the earned prizes never appeared. I did receive the festive lawn angel, but not the elf, and not sure about the presents. My current elf count is 17, yet should be 18 - 4 from cave, 12 from tunnel tasks, and two from daily play. Please help.

I have a problem on day 12 of the tunnels, I completed the tasks within time limit but didn't get the elf or the 100 presents bonus.

I've even playing everyday since the 4th Of December. I just noticed I'm at 17 elves when I've hit the daily playing bonus everyday and should be at 19! I have all 12 tunnels completed and started on the 13th. I play on an iPhone
